Below for your information/review is the employee, dependent, and family rates for individuals in the State of Minnesota Advantage Health and Dental plans. You will note that the average increase in the health plan is approximately 9.9 percent while the average increases in the dental plans are approximately 4 percent. These increases are very close to the projected increases made by the state during the 2005 bargaining sessions. These rates will become effective January 1, 2007.
