Middle Management Association representatives will be meeting with the Department of Employee Relations staff on December 5 and December 15 to begin discussions on salary inequity adjustments. Your continued patience is appreciated as we move forward on this important issue.
Please be aware that the job classifications involved will be limited to job classifications that were impacted by the recently negotiated Minnesota Nurses Association agreement.
MMA will provide further updates as soon as we have more information about the affected job classifications and the salary adjustments to be made.
