Bargaining Update

The Middle Management negotiations team met with the State on Monday and Tuesday, July 30 and 31; in the two days of bargaining, MMA and the State reached tentative agreements on a number of technical proposals and dropped certain non-substantive proposals. All the "open" issues, including economic proposals, will be discussed in upcoming bargaining sessions.
