The Middle Management Association Class Action Grievance was settled on August 25, 2008 . DNR Supervisors who were denied the appropriate overtime rate for “In-State Fire Fighting Federal Jurisdiction” will now be properly compensated.
The employer identified 6 members that will receive additional compensation per the Supplemental Agreement.
If you were assigned to the In-State Federal Jurisdiction Fire Fighting activities in May 2007 and were not properly compensated, please contact your agencies Human Resources office and Tom McShea , MMA Business Representative as soon as possible. The 30-day window, to submit a “claim” began on 8/25/08 .
