Contract Ratification information on the tentative agreement, including a letter to members in good standing, a summary of the agreement, and a ballot, is currently at the printer. This information will be mailed to members on Monday, June 8, 2009 .
Members will need to return their ballots by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2009 . The ballots will be counted by the Elections Committee on Monday evening, June 22, 2009 . If the membership ratifies this tentative agreement, the agreement will be presented to the Legislative Subcommittee on Employee Relations (SER). The agreement will be effective on the date it is approved by the SER except where specific provisions provide for an earlier date.
