The MMA Negotiation team concluded the seventh day of negotiations with the State on Wednesday September 26, 2007. Discussions focused on inequities and supplementals in the following agencies: Corrections, Human Services, Military Affairs, MN Academies, MnSCU, Natural Resources, Public Safety, Transportation, and Vets Home. No tentative agreements were reached on Wednesday; however, discussions will continue on these issues. Negotiations scheduled for September 27 were cancelled due to the unavailability of the State’s chief negotiators. The next scheduled meetings with the State are October 22, 23, and 24. Thanks for your patience in this matter as your negotiations team continues to work towards a tentative agreement with the State that will prove beneficial to MMA supervisors.
